How to make a paper balloon

1.Start with a square piece of paper.

2.Fold diagonal.

 3.Open.

4.Fold diagonal in other direction.

5.Open.

6.Fold in halve.

7.Then fold like this..

8.Crease.

9.Then do this..

10.Crease.

11.Do the same to the other halve.

12.Take the bottom right tip...
and fold it to the top. do the same with the other half.

13.Flip.

14.Do the same.

15.Take the right tip and fold to the middle.

16.Do it to all three...

17.Now take the top and..

18.Now open the pocket.

19.Tuck the tip in. Do this with the other 3.

20.Do this..

and blow in the little hole to inflate it!  Now you have a paper balloon!
